{Girly} Fall Themed Bridal Shower

This past weekend was my first official event as an Event Consultant, and it was extra special because it was for one of the sweetest people in my life. Ashley has been in my life since I was 6 years old and we have been best friends for what will be 20 years this upcoming fall. Ashley is the true definition of a best friend, and I was truly inspired to make her bridal shower everything she wanted it to be. Ashley's wedding is in December, but for specific reasons, her bridal shower had to be a little earlier than normal. She had two requests for her shower, since she was in no way involved, and I wanted to honor them in every way possible. Her first was for fall to be incorporated as it is her favorite season, and the second for it to be as girly, but classy, as possible. Luckily, there was plenty of ways to use both of these desires within her shower!

I ended up using gold, blush, burgundy and rose gold colors throughout her decor, which doubled for girly and for that fall theme! We used these colors for the flowers, signs, vases, pumpkins and even her favors!

Her sign was something I created using a few different resources. It was the first thing guests saw when they walked into the room and I feel as though it really set the tone for her shower.

We used a gold sequin table cloth to really make the white dessert platters, desserts and colorful pumpkins and flowers stand out really well!

The back of her chair was also designed and made by me with the help of supplies from Etsy, Michael's and Joanne's Crafts.

Her centerpieces were done for us by Michelle at The Flower Bar in Brick, NJ and her favors were made for us by Mandoli's Bakery in Toms River, NJ.

I kept it in budget by printing out pictures from her engagement shoot on my own and used gold frames I found at the dollar store (can you believe it, the dollar store!!!) to frame those pictures and even a copy of her invitation, since she did not get to see it! I made her invitations on Minted, which is a great website for any kind of invites!!

The venue we had the shower at, The Captain's Inn, in Forked River, NJ, was able to offer us different package options for not only the food, but drinks as well. We decided we wanted to have mimosa's with brunch so that we could toast to the bride to be, and we were able to put together a mimosa tower (for aesthetic reasons of course!!) for a great price!

Overall, we were able to stay BELOW!! budget for this bridal shower and the Bride-To-Be was super surprised and so happy with the way her shower turned out to be!!

Stay tuned to see the inside scoop on Ashley's Bachelorette Party in the upcoming months!!
